SD9: Board Resolution
Song Da No 9 JSC announces the Board Resolution approved on 20/10/2009 as follows:
1. Operating results of Quarter III/2009:
- Revenue: VND 160.054 bil. (95% of the quarter III plan)
- Payables to the State: VND 6.799 bil. (74% of the quarter III plan)
- Profit before tax: VND 25.559 bil. (226% of the quarter III plan)
- Money transferred to the Company’s account: VND 179.949 bil. (102% of the quarter III plan)
- Average income: VND 4,827,000 /month (109% of the quarter III plan)
2. Plan for Quarter IV/2008:
- Revenue: VND 168.340 bil.
- Payables to the State: VND 10.098 bil.
- Profit before tax: VND 30.000 bil.
- Money transferred to the Company’s account: VND 161.986 bil.
- Average income: VND 4,725,000 /month
3. Plan for period from 2010 to 2015.
4. Other issues:
- Nominate Ms. Nguyen Thi Le Hang to represent the holdings of the Company in Song Da 901 JSC and appointed Ms. Nguyen Thi Le Hang as Chief of Supervisory Board in place of Mr. Nguyen Cong Thanh.
- Appointed Ms. Nguyen Thi Le Hang as Chief of Supervisory Board in place of Mr. Nguyen Cong Thanh in Song Da 908 Ltd. Company.
- Nominate Ms. Nguyen Thi Le Hang to represent the holdings of the Company in Song Da 909 JSC and appointed Ms. Nguyen Thi Le Hang as Chief of Supervisory Board in place of Mr. Nguyen Cong Thanh.
- Nominate Ms. Tran Thi Chung to represent the holdings of the Company in Song Da Infrastructure Construction JSC and appointed Ms. Tran Thi Chung as Chief of Supervisory Board in place of Mr. Nguyen Cong Thanh.
