SD3: Board Resolution
Song Da 3 JSC announces the Board Resolution approved on 20/10/2009 as follows:
1. Operating results of the first nine months of 2009:
- Production: VND 307 bil. (105% of the annual plan)
- Revenue: VND 243.2 bil. (77% of the annual plan)
- Payables to the State: VND 7.9 bil. (68% of the annual plan)
- Profit before tax: VND 19.2 bil. (101.1% of the annual plan)
- Average income: VND 3 mil / person (97% of the annual plan)
2. Plan for Quarter IV/2009
- Production: VND 122 bil. (42% of the annual plan)
- Revenue: VND 105.5 bil. (33% of the annual plan)
- Payables to the State: VND 3.8 bil. (33% of the annual plan)
- Profit before tax: VND 9.5 bil. (50% of the annual plan)
- Average income: VND 3.1 mil / person (100% of the annual plan)
- Complete the construction of site hut for Dakkm 14 hydroelectric power plant, complete the set up of machineries within December 2009.
- Deploy and complete hydroelectric power plants projects: SeSan 3, SeSan 4, Pleikrong, Ban Ve, Nam Cong, Xekaman 1.
- Vinh Loc A Project: coordinate with city authorities to get the approval of the 1:500 layout.
- Daklo hydroelectric power project: stimulate Song Da- Ucrin to complete the technical design.
- Complete the disposal of equity shares capital in Song Da No 6 JSC within October 2009.
- Total investment for Daklo hydroelectric power plant and improvement of constructional equipment valued VND 578.5 bil. Complete the negotiation and signing of credit contract within December 2009.
- Check up on human resources, develop recruitment plan.
