New $100-million-plus tourism complex to hit Nha Trang

Lighthouse Investing Joint-Stock Company announced plans to invest in a VND1.8-trillion hotel and commercial complex in the central beach city of Nha Trang.

The Lighthouse Complex Tower Nha Trang, set to cost the equivalent of around US$100.87 million, will include two 36-storey towers featuring five-star hotels, apartments, offices and a trade and cultural center, said the company in a statement announcing the project Sunday.

The complex is designed by Singaporean-owned Laud Architest Pte Ltd., which beat out 11 other local and international consulting and design companies in a design contest held by Lighthouse last year.

Lighthouse revealed no details as to when the four-year project would be launched.

Lighthouse Investing Joint-stock Company was founded by six companies, including  Petrol Vietnam Finance Group and Saigon Trading Group.
