Nha Trang to build massive tower

Authorities of the central beach town of Nha Trang approved a license to build the tallest tower in the area on Sunday.

The Lighthouse Complex Tower Nha Trang is a dual tower of a height of 150 meters and is located on a 6,500 square meter plot on Le Thanh Ton Street in the hub of the city.

The 36-storey lighthouse tower will house 125,000 square meters of floor space, with 350 high-class apartments, 250 five-star hotel rooms, 10,000 square meters of office space and another 15,000 square meters for a retail and entertainment center.

The VND1.8 trillion (US$101 million) tower was designed by the Singaporean firm Laud Architects. Hai Dang Investments is backing the project.
