EBS: Results of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2009

Results of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2009 of Educational Book JSC (EBS) is as follow:

Educational Book JSC in Hanoi City has disclosed the results of its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on 25/09/2009. The following resolutions were approved:

Seasoned issue:

-  Subject of the placement: Outstanding shareholders.

- Stock type: Common Stock.

- Par value: VND 10,000.

- Total volume of shares to be offered: 5,109,742 shares.

- Offering price: VND 10,000 / share.

- Exercise rate: 1 : 1 (shareholders are entitled to buy 01 new share for every 01 share they own).

- The shares unsold will be bought by the Underwriter (Saigon Hanoi Securities JSC) with the price VND 10,000 /share.

- Expected exercise date: Authorized to the BOD after receiving the Pulic Offering Certificate by the SSC.

- Expected date for listing of additional shares: Authorized to the BOD after the completion of all issuance procedures.
