HAG: Announcement

On September 25, 2009, HAGL Joint Stock Company (HAGL) completed documents of issuing bonus shares and submitted to State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC). According to a document no. 2509/09/CV-HAGL issued on September 25, 2009, HAGL will issue bonus shares for existing shareholders with ratio 2:1 and issue 1,000,000 bonus shares for staffs. The list of shareholders who will receive bonus shares will be implemented after the company receives an approval of SSC and the expected completed time is in October 2009.

After the issuance, charter capital of HAGL will be from VND1,798 billion to VND2,705 billion. With the good business, the expected profit on per share after the issuance will reach VND7,000. In the extraordinary shareholders’ meeting on October 05, 2009, the BOD will submit a plan of adjusting the 2009 business targets for the second time. Therefore, profit in 2009 plan will be at VND1,700 billion. In the first adjustment, profit in 2009 plan was VND1,150 billion. And now, HAGL is preparing for the business plan in 2010 and expected profit before tax in 2010 will be in VND2,500 billion -VND3,000 billion.
