* Ex-right date:     16th September 2009 (In case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and above on 16th & 17th September 2009, sellers will not receive the right)

* Record date:      18th September 2009

* Purpose: Doing a ballot for relocating the head office of the company

* Time of a ballot: From 30/09/2009 to 30/10/2009
