IMP: Resolution of the extraordinary shareholders’ meeting

Imexpharm Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company (IMP: IMEXPHARM) has informed of the extraordinary shareholders’ meeting as follows:

Article 1: Passing transforming the Remedica one-member limited company into the joint stock company and selling partial capital of IMEXPHARM

Article 2: Passing withdrawal of the business activity as property trade in order to focus on the core business of IMEXPHARM

Article 3: Authorizing the BOD and Management Board of IMEXPHARM and Remedica to cooperate with a consulting unit to implement the contents of the article 1 and 2 in the resolution

Article 4: The resolution is valid from 1st September 2009
