VTO: Extending time of doing a ballot

Viet Nam Tanker Joint Stock Company (VTO) has informed of extending time of doing a ballot as follows:

* Contents of a ballot: Issuing additional shares to existing shareholders at ratio of 3:1 in order to raise chartered capital and do listing of additionally-issued shares on HOSE.

- Time of sending letters: 15/07/2009

- Deadline of receiving letters back: 30/07/2009

* However, during the time of sending letters, many shareholders could not receive letters due to some objective reasons. Therefore, to ensure rights of shareholders, the Management Board has determined to extending time of sending letters to shareholders.

- Time of sending letters: 10/08/2009

- Deadline of receiving letters back: 18/08/2009
