STB: Approval for capital increase

On August 03, 2009, Saigon Thuong Tin Commercial Joint Stock Bank (STB) received an approval to increase charter capital from VND5,115,830,840,000 to VND6,700,580,080,000 by paying dividend in shares, additionally issuing shares for the existing shareholders and issuing for staff.
