HOSE announces the record date for the ballot as follows:

* The listed firm: Tu Liem Urban Development Joint Stock Company

* Stock symbol: NTL

* Ex-right date: August 18, 2009 (In case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and over on August 18, 2009 and August 19, 2009, sellers will not receive the right)

* Record date: August 20, 2009

* Purpose to ballot shareholders about: Collecting shareholders’ agreements of supplementing industry into the Business Certificate

* Expectation period: September 30, 2009

Vietnam Securities Depository – HCMC Branch will temporarily suspend deposit activity for NTL on August 19, 20 and 21, 2009.
