SFC: Announcement of paying cash dividend & balloting shareholders

HOSE announces the record date for the list of shareholders of Saigon Fuel Company (SFC):

- Stock symbol: SFC

- Stock type: Common stock

- Par value: VND 10,000

- Ex-right date: 19/08/2009

(In case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and over on 19/08/2009 and 20/08/2009, sellers will not receive the right.)

Record date: 21/08/2009

Purpose:

1. To pay the fist tranche for 2009 dividend in cash:

Dividend pay-out ratio: 20%/ par value (VND2,000/ share)

Payment date: 14/09/2009

- Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: At the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

- Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: At Saigon Fuel Company from 14/09/2009.  

2. To get shareholders’ ballots on transferring a project at 468 Nguyen Thi Minh Khai, Dist.3, Hochiminh:

Time for the ballot: From 04/09/2009 to 17/09/2009

Vietnam Securities Depository _ HCMC Branch will temporarily suspend the depository activities for SFC on 20, 21 & 24/08/2009.
