S64: Management Changes

Song Da 6.04 JSC announces the management changes of the company as follows:

1. Mr. Nguyen Van Tung  will hold Chair of the Board of the company in place of Mr. Nguyen Van Hung with effect since 10/7/2009.

2. Mr. Pham Quang Tuan will hold Chief accountant of the company-cum-information disclosure official in place of Mr. Tran Minh Thanh since 1/8/2009.
