RCL: Explanation for the change of over 5% in operating result in QII-2009

According to the Financial Statement Quarter II/2009, net income decreased by VND827,660,602 (10.81%) compared to Quarter I/2009. CHOLON Real Estate JSC explained the decrease in operating result in QII/ 2009 as follows:

The purchase of houses in Quarter I is much more than Quarter II, so the revenue in QII decreased by VND 4,016,842,856 (17%). Meanwhile, cost of goods sold over revenue increased by 4.64%, which led to the decrease in the profit.
