- Par value: VND 10,000

- Stock type: Common stock

- Record date: 25/8/2009

- Ex-date:

+ For T+3 transactions: 21/8/2009

- Reasons: First Dividend payment 2009

+ Exercise rate: 6.8% (shareholders receive VND 680 for every share they own)

+ Exercise date: 15/9/2009

+ Place of payment:

- For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.

- For undeposited shares: Saigon - Hanoi Securitities JSC, 1st floor, Dao Duy Anh Building, Dao Duy Anh Street, Dong Da, Hanoi; or at Hochiminh branch – 41 Pasteur, District 1, Hochiminh City on working days (from Monday to Friday). Identification Card (original copy) is required.

Vietnam Securities Depository suspends the depository of SHS on 24/8, 25/8 and 26/8/2009.
