XMC: Explanation for the change of over 5% in operating result in QII-2009

According to the Financial Statement Quarter II/2009, net income was VND 12.872 billion, an increase of  VND7.778 billion (152%) compared to Quarter I/2009. Vinaconex Xuan Mai Concrete & Construction JSC explained the increase in operating result in QII/ 2009 as follows:

-  Revenue increased by VND 7.175 billion because operating revenue increased.

-  The Company enjoyed the interest support policy of 4% of the Government, which led to the decrease in the financial expenses.

-  An other profit of VND 2.289 billion came from the liquidation of some fixed assets with only residual value.
