PPC: Resolution of the BOD

Pha Lai Thermal Joint-stock Company (PPC: PLPC) has informed of the resolution of the BOD as follows:

1. Passing dismissal of Mr. Dam Minh Duc from the position of BOD member from 11/08/2009. He will take charge of the new position in the company.

2. Appointing Mr. Nguyen Viet Ha - The representative of the PETROVIETNAM FINANCE JOINT STOCK CORPORATION in PLPC – to be BOD member from 11/08/2009.

3. Passing the plan of not implementing risk prevention of Yen currency.

Authorizing the Management Board to use current capital for investment and trade in order to offset risk of Yen currency.

4. Passing plan of processing inventory of Director General of the company.

5. Passing recruiting additional 28 employees

6. Passing business result in the first 7 months and implementation plan for 2009

7. Passing the Q2/09 financial statement
