HOSE announces the record date for a ballot as follows:

* Name of the listed firm: LICOGI 16 Joint Stock Company

* Stock symbol: LCG

* Stock type: Common stock

* Par value: VND10,000      

* Ex-right date: 21st August 2009 (In case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and above on 21st & 24th August 2009, sellers will not receive the right)

* Record date: 25th August 2009

* Purpose: Doing a ballot for issuing additional shares.

* Plan of issuing 4,600,000 shares to raise chartered capital from VND204 billion to VND250 billion

* Consulting firm: Sai Gon Securities Incorporation (SSI)

* Listing additionally-issued shares on HOSE
