On 4 August 2009, the Board of Directors of Petrovietnam General Services JS Corporation (PET: PETROSETCO) had Resolution No.207/NQ-DVTHDK on the change of the BOD Chairperson as follows:

Mr. Do Duc Chien replaced Mr. Tran Cong Tao as the BOD Chairman from 4 August 2009.
