DPM: Personnel change

PetroVietnam Fertilizer and Chemicals Corporation (DPM: PVFCCo) has announced a change of Member in the BOD as follows:

* Mr. Bui Quang Hung, Representative of PetroVietnam Finance Joint Stock Corporation, was appointed as a Member of the BOD and replaced Mr. Doan Minh Man as from August 04, 2009.

* Mr. Bui Quang Hung will implement rights and obligations of a Member of the BOD. Besides, he will receive compensation and benefits as the company’s regulation.
