VTS announces the notice of record date for Dividend payment (14/8/2009) as follows:

- Par value: VND 10,000
- Stock type: Common stock
- Record date: 14/8/2009
- Ex-date:
+ For T+3 transactions: 12/8/2009
(Note: For T+1 transactions, buyers still enjoy the rights for transactions on 12/8, 13/8/2009)
- Reasons: First Dividend payment 2009
+ Exercise rate: 40% (shareholders receive VND 4,000 for every 01 share they own)
+ Exercise date: 18/9/2009
+ Place of payment:
- For deposited shares: Securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.
- For undeposited shares: Viglacera Tuson JSC on working days since. Securities certificate and Identification Card (original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addtion to the mentioned above.
Vietnam Securities Depository suspends the depository of VTS on 13/8, 14/8, 17/8/2009.
