* Par value:          VND 10,000     

* Ex-right date:     05 August 2009

* (In case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and over on 05 & 06 August 2009, sellers will not receive the right)

* Record date:      07 August 2009

* Dividend pay-out ratio:    7%/ par value (VND700/ share)

* Payment date:               26 August 2009

Place & procedure of payment:

- Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: At the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

- Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: At PetroVietnam Fertilizer and Chemicals Corporation (5th Floor, Gemadept Building, 2bis –  4 – 6  Le Thanh Ton, Ben Nghe Ward, Dist.1, HCMC) from 26 August 2009 to 26 October 2009.

Please submit ID and Shareholder certificates or the legal authorized letters on receipt of dividend.

Vietnam Securities Depository _ HCMC Branch will temporarily suspend the depository activities for DPM on 06, 07 & 10 August 2009.
