VNC: Results of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2009
The Vietnam Superintendence and Inspection JSC has disclosed the results of its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. The following resolutions were approved:
1. Report of Operating result of 2008
- Revenue: VND 129,444,767,819
- Profit: VND 19,922,791455
- Dividend payout ratio: 14%
- Bonus for the staff of the company: VND 2,303,206,494
2. Plan in 2009
- Revenue: VND 110 bil.
- Dividend payout ratio: at least 12%
* Profit distribution plan:
- Reduced tax used to supplement the Investment and Development Fund: 50% of the reduced tax.
- Distribution of profit after tax:
+ Financial reserve fund: 5%
+ Dividend payout ratio: approved by AGM
- Distribution of excessive profit:
+ 10% of the excessive profit for Reward and welfare fund
+ Remained excessive profit: 60% supplementing to the unit achieves the excessive profit; 40% supplementing to dividend payment.
