HUT: Change from taking a ballot to Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders

Tasco JSC announces that the company has cancelled the ballot on Charter capital increase which was expected to take place on 03/7/2009.

Instead, the Company will organize an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders 2009 for seasoned issue to increase Charter Capital with following details:

-         Eligible participants: shareholders on the recorded list for the cancelled ballot.

-         New Expected exercise date: 18/7/2009
