VIC: Extending the deadline to buy additionally-issued shares

Vincom Joint Stock Company (VIC: VINCOM JSC) has announced the deadline extension to buy additionally-issued shares as follows:

1. The company is offering additional issued shares according to the registered information:

- Offering volume: 80,016,844 shares

- Par value: VND10,000/share

- The period of transferred rights: From July 17, 2009 to August 12, 2009

- Time to register and deposit to buy shares: From July 17, 2009 to August 14, 2009

- Expected trading date: September 28, 2009

2. However, many shareholders haven’t received the announcement and specific instructions. Therefore, the company changed the deadline to buy additionally-issued shares:
