VGS: Results of General Meeting of Shareholders

Vietnam Germany Steel Pipe JSC has disclosed the results of its General Meeting of Shareholders. The following resolutions were approved:

1. Reasons: Issue shares to increase charter capital

-          Charter capital as of 16/6/2009: VND 125,997,100,000

-          Total value of shares to be offered: VND 250,000,000,000

-          Charter capital after the issue: VND 375,997,100,000

2. Plan to use the capital after issuing:

-          Investment in operation of the company: VND 60 bil.

-          Investment in operation of subsidiaries: VND 30 bil.

-          Supplementing working capital: VND 160 bil.

3. Assign the Board to draw up the detailed placement plan, choose an appropriate time, decide relevant matters and do neccesary procedures for the placement in the resolution.
