VC7: Results of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2009
No.7 Vietnam Construction Joint Stock Company has disclosed the results of its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on 02/03/2009. Participants were 198 representing 10 shares (accounting for 1% of total voting rights). The following resolutions were approved:
1. Report of Operating result of 2008
- Operating result: VND 300.1 bil.
- Revenue: VND 240.611 bil.
- Profit before tax: VND 11.927 bil.
- Investment: VND 9.324 bil.
- Dividend payout ratio: 15%
2. Plan in 2009
- Operating result: VND 360 bil.
- Revenue: VND 265 bil.
- Profit before tax: VND 13.685 bil.
- Investment: VND 148.312 bil.
- Dividend payout ratio: 15%

- The General Meeting of Shareholders assigned the Board of Directors to choose one of the the 5 auditing companies proposed by the Management Board of the company.

- Public service, office and house complex at Cau Dien, Tu Liem, Hanoi in investment cooperation model.
- Long term leasing of office of VINACONEX 7 JSC subsidiaries at No 2, 475 Nguyen Trai , Thanh Xuan, Hanoi
8. Chair of the Board will hold Manager concurrently.

9. Change in the Supervisory Board:
- Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy Hong has been appointed member of Supervisory Board.
