* Stock type:       Common stock

* Par value:         VND 10,000

8 Ex-right date:     July 07, 2009

* (In case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and over on July 07 & 08, 2009, sellers will not receive the right.)

* Record date:      July 09, 2009

* Dividend pay-out ratio:    4%/ par value (VND400/ share)

* Payment date:   July 27, 2009

Place & procedure of payment:

- Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: At the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

- Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: At VINAFCO (36 Pham Hung St., My Dinh Ward, Tu Liem Dist, Hanoi City)

Please submit ID and Shareholder certificates or the legal authorized letters on receipt of dividend.

Vietnam Securities Depository _ HCMC Branch will temporarily suspend the depository activities for VFC on July 08, 09 & 10, 2009.
