KHP: Personnel change and mergence activity

Khanh Hoa Power Joint Stock Company (KHP) has informed of personnel change and mergence activity as follows:

1. From 1st June 2009, Mr. Cao Thanh Duc has resigned the position of Deputy General Director due to his retirement.

2. Mergence activity:

* Merging the Cam Ranh Power and Khanh Son Power to set up the Cam Ranh – Khanh Son Power as of 1st May 2009.

* Merging the Dien Khanh Power and Khanh Vinh Power to set up the Dien Khanh – Khanh Vinh Power as of 1st May 2009.
