HCM: Supplementary content of a ballot

Ho Chi Minh City Securities Corporation (HCM) has informed of supplementing content of a ballot (record date: 22/06/2009) as follows:

1. Published contents:

Approving keeping the position of head of the Supervisory Board of Mr. Vo Van Chau as a role of a shareholder of the company (not to be the representative of the Orient Commercial Joint Stock Bank - OCB).

2. Supplementary content:

Passing releasing share transference of OCB under the Decree 14/2007/ND-CP dated 19/01/2007.

For Mr. Vo Van Chau, he still has to hold shares under the Decree 14/2007/ND-CP.
