* Ex-right date:     July 22, 2009

* (In case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and over on 07/22/2009 and 07/23/2009, sellers will not receive the right)

* Record date:      July 24, 2009

* Purpose: Paying cash dividend in advance for the first tranche of 2009 (the first 6 months of 2009)

* Dividend pay-out ratio:    10%/ par value (VND1,000/ share)
