Binh Chanh Construction Investment Shareholding Company (BCI: BCCI) has informed of the ground breaking ceremony of its project of BCCI – Tan Tao I apartment block as follows:

* Ground-breaking date: 18/06/2009

* Project name: BCCI – Tan Tao I apartment block

* Scale:

+ Total area of the project: 12,621 m2

+ Total area of construction: 57.868 m2

+ The apartment block has 16 storeys with 480 apartments

* Investment cost: VND574 billion

* Pupose: The project is used for trading under the business plan passed in shareholders’ meeting.

This project belongs to the series of projects of building apartment blocks in Binh Tan District, HCMC such as Nhat Lan apartment block, Da Sa apartment block, An Lac Plaza complex, BCCI apartment block, 15-storey office building on Kinh Duong Vuong Street.
