SFI: Release restriction of share transference
SAFOCO Foodstuff Joint Stock Company (SFI) has informed of releasing restriction of transferring shares of members of BOD, Managing Board and Supervisory Board as follows:
According to the Decree 14/2007/ND-CP dated 19/01/2007, members of the BOD, Managing Board and Supervisory Board only need to hold 100% of their share volume within 6 months from the listing date and the remaining of 50% in the next 6 months. Due to the reason, the number of shares owned by the following persons is released restriction of share transference
