IFS: Late submission of the 2008 FS and annual report

Interfood Shareholding Company (IFS) has given explanation for continuing to extend time of submitting the integrated financial statement (FS) and annual report of 2008 till 17th July 2009 as follows:

Reason: The company is still in the progress of restructuring capital and it takes much time for auditing.
