Song Da Assembly Construction & Investment JSC announces the Board Resolution approved on 10/7/2009 as follows:

1. Dividend payment 2008 in cash:

- Issuer: Song Da Assembly Construction & Investment JSC

- Stock code: SDD

- Par value: VND 10,000

- Stock type: Common stock

- Exercise rate: 3% (shareholders receive VND 300 for every 01 share they own)

- Exercise date: 30 days since record date

- Place of payment:

- For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.

- For undeposited shares: Song Da Assembly Construction & Investment JSC on working days. Identification Card (original copy) are required.

2. Bonus share dividend by share:

- Par value: VND 10,000

- Stock type: Common stock

- Source: share premium 2007

- Exercise rate: 7% (shareholders receive 7 new shares for every 100 shares they own)

- Right to receive bonus shares are not allowed to transafer.

- Place of payment:

- For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.

- For undeposited shares: Song Da Assembly Construction & Investment JSC on working days. Identification Card (original copy) are required.

- Odd lot shares will be rounded down to unit digit and will be repurchased for treasury stock.
