HLY: Notice of record date for Dividend payment

HLY announces the record date for dividend payment as follows:

- Issuer: Viglacera Ha Long I JSC

- Stock code: HLY

- Par value: VND 10,000

- Stock type: Common stock

- Record date: 11/8/2009

- Ex-date:

+ For T+3 transactions: 07/8/2009

(Note: For T+1 transactions, buyers still enjoy the rights for transactions on 07 and 10/08/2009)

- Reasons: First Dividend payment 2009

+ Exercise rate: 25% (shareholders receive VND 2,500 for every share they own)

+ Exercise date: 26/08/2009

+ Place of payment:

- For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.

- For undeposited shares: Viglacera Ha Long I JSC.

Securities certificate and Identification Card (original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addtion to the mentioned above.

Vietnam Securities Depository suspends the depository of HLY on 10/8; 11/8 and 12/08/2009.
