SCC: Resolution of Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders

Songda Cement JSC announces the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders approved on 27/7/2009 as follows:

1. Adjustment of dividend payout ratio 2008 from 15% to 18% for shareholders in the list on record date of 6/3/2009. The difference come from investment and development fund 2008.

2. Ms. Truong Thi Kim Hoa, official from Economics Department of Song Da corporation will hold member of Superviosry Board in place of Mr. Nguyen Manh Tien.
