PGS: Board Resolution

Petrovietnam Southern Gas JSC announces the Board Resolution approved on 21/7/2009 as follows:

1. Adjust the total investment in store and Quang Ngai LPG station from VND 45 billion to VND 60 billion.

2. Supplement Go Dau LPG store project in plan 2009

3. Sell nitrogen store at LPG store in Can Tho to Pertrovietnam Fertilizer and Chemicals Corporation.

4. Direct contracting policy for units in the industry such as Petrovietnam Construction Joint Stock Corporation, Petroleum Pipeline & Tank Construction Co.Ltd, PV Power Land Joint Stock Company, Petrovietnam Investment Consultancy and Engineering JSC,

5. Increase in Charter Capital from VND 150 billion to VND 265 billion in QIV/2009

6. Mr. Pham Tien Manh, Deputy Manager of Nha Trang branch, has been appointed Manager of Nha Trang branch.
