Hanoimilk JSC announces the Board Resolution approved on 23/07/2009 as follows:

1. Seasoned issue 2,500,000 new shares as private placement within 30 days from the day this Board resolution was approved.

2. The companies bellow will be strategic partners of the seasoned issue:

-          Hoang Mai Xanh Corporation:

+ Total volume of shares to be offered: 1,250,000 shares

-          Development new technology and new produce company, Ltd.

+ Total volume of shares to be offered: 1,250,000 shares

3.       Offering price: VND 10,000/ share

4.       Shares can be not transferred within 1 year since they become the Company’s shareholders
