11. Bond Repurchase
- The first repurchase date is 1 January 2012 and the last is 16 July 2014. The last repurchase date is the due date of all bonds.
- The repurchase price and volume will be announced particularly in every repurchase stage at least 15 days before the repurchase date.
- The bondholders have the right to sell or not sell the bonds to the issuer.

13. Payment of interest and principal: The principal is repaid according to par value at the due dates. The bond is a deferred interest bond. The interest is paid at a payment firm or sent to accounts depending on investors’ requests.
