NBB: Profit in Q2/2009

NBB Investment Corporation has informed of expected profit in Q2/2009 as follows:

* Expected profit after tax in Q2/09: VND20 billion

* Expected profit after tax in Q3/09: VND35 billion

* Reason: Increase of profit is led by putting the project of Carina Plaza (Ward 16, Dist.8, HCMC) into trade.

* Till 30/06/2009, the company has sold 452/736 apartments of the project. Carina Plaza is in progress of building basement.

* In August 2009, the company will continue to sell apartments of Carina Plaza for the second time. In addition, it also deploys to implement the project of City Gate Towers located in the opposite area of Carina Plaza.
