SVI announces the record date for Dividend payment as follows:

- Stock code: SVI

- Par value: VND 10,000

- Stock type: Common stock

- Record date: 24/7/2009

- Ex-date:

+ For T+3 transactions: 22/7/2009

- Reasons: First Dividend payment 2009 in cash

+ Exercise rate: 10% (Shareholders receive VND 1,000 for every 01 share they own)

+ Exercise date: 14/8/2009

+ Place of payment:

- For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.

- For undeposited shares: Bien Hoa Packaging Company, Road 7, Bien Hoa 1 IZ, An Binh ward, Bien Hoa city, Dong Nai  on working days since . Securities certificate and Identification Card (original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addtion to the mentioned above.
