TCM: Notice of the 2008 share bonus
Thanh Cong Textile Garment Investment Trading Joint Stock Company (TCG) announces details of the 2008 share bonus as follows:
* Stock symbol: TCM
* Ex-right date: 16/07/2009
(In case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and over on 16/07/2009 and 17/07/2009, sellers will not receive the right)
* Record date: 20/07/2009
* Purpose: To issue bonus shares to the existing shareholder according to Resolution No. 01/2009/NQ-DHCD by the Annual General Meeting on 25/04/2009. Those who buy 10,364,942 shares after the meeting date (25/04/2009) will be received bonus.
* Exercise ratio: 100 : 12 (A shareholder who owns 100 shares at the record date will receive 12 new shares.)
* Estimated issue volume: 2,890,016 shares
* The bonus volume will be rounded downed.
* The right to receive bonus shares will not be transferable.
* Shareholders who hold the shares which are restricted to be transferred still have the right to receive bonus.
* The bonus shares are transferable.
* Expected trading date: 20/ 8/ 2009
Place of payment:
-Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: At the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.
-Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: At Thanh Cong Textile Garment Investment Trading Joint Stock Company.
Vietnam Securities Depository _ HCMC Branch will temporarily suspend the depository activities for TCM on 17,20 & 21/07/2009.
