KSH: Resolution of the shareholders’ meeting

Ha Nam Mineral Joint Stock Company has informed of the resolution of the shareholders’ meeting under a ballot as follows:

Article 1: Passing the plan of building the tuynen brick factory with high technology at Chan Ly Commune, Ly Nhan Dist., Ha Nam Province.

Article 2: Passing the plan of issuing corporate bonds in 2009 with total value of VND100 billion in order to sponsor for the project of the tuynen brick factory.

Article 3: Authorizing the BOD to make the plan of issuing corporate bonds in 2009, choose to the appropriate time for the issuance and do related procedures.

Article 4: The BOD, Management Board and departments of the company are responsible for implementing the resolution.
