* (In case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and over on 24/07/2009 and 27/07/2009, sellers will not receive the right)

* Dividend pay-out ratio:    10%/ par value (VND1,000/ share)

* Payment date:               18/08/2009

Place & procedure of payment:

- Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

- Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Tan Tien Plastic Packaging Joint Stock Company.

Please submit ID and Shareholder certificates or the legal authorized letters on receipt of dividend.
