HCMC to auction six prime land plots

Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee said it has submitted six prime pieces of real estate for the city’s People’s Council to approve for auction.

Of the six land plots, five of them are located in District 1.

164 Dong Khoi Street (9,700 square meters), Le Loi-Nam Ky Khoi NghiaHuynh Thuc Khang (4,500 square meters), Ho Tung Mau-Huynh Thuc Khang-Ton That Dam -Ton That Thiep (1,900 square meters), Nguyen HueNgo Duc Ke-Ho Tung Mau-Huynh Thuc Khang (11,000 square meters) and Dan Sinh Market (10,400 square meters) are all highly valuable pieces of land in the city center.

The sixth plot is 427 hectares located on Binh Quoi-Thanh Da island in Binh Thanh District.

There are currently at least two investors who have shown interest in each land plot while at least 66 investors are currently eyeing 164 Dong Khoi.
