DPR: Explanation for the Q2 financial statement

Dong Phu Rubber Joint Stock Company (DPR: DORUCO) has explained consolidation of the Q2 financial statement as follows:

DORUCO has two new subsidiaries including the Dong Phu Dak Nong Rubber JSC and Bac Dong Phu Industrial Zone JSC. In the balance of the Q2 consolidated financial statement, there is investment cost to subsidiary as the Bac Dong Phu Industrial Zone JSC.

Reason: The Bac Dong Phu Industrial Zone JSC was established on 21/05/2009 and in the progress of basic construction. Thus, DORUCO has not had the Q2 consolidated financial statement of the the Bac Dong Phu Industrial Zone JSC. DORUCO will consolidate the financial statement of the Bac Dong Phu Industrial Zone JSC in Q3/2009.
