TRI: Resolution of Shareholders’ Meeting

Sai Gon Beverages Joint Stock Company (TRI: TRIBECO) announced a resolution of the Shareholders’ Meeting held under the form of sending ballots to shareholders:

The shareholders approved the result of electing a member of the Board of Directors and a member of the Board of Supervisors in the term from 2009 to 2014:

1. Mr. Huang Jui Tien was elected to the Board of Directors with 7,521,540 ayes (about 99.64%).

2. Mr. Shi To was elected to the Board of Supervisors with 7,521,100 ayes (about 99.63%).
