CCM: Results of Extraordinary GM of Shareholders 2009

Can Tho Cement JSC has disclosed the results of its Extraordinary General Meeting (GM) of Shareholders held on 22/07/2009.  The following resolutions were approved:

1. Seasoned issue of 1,250,000 shares to increase in Charter Capital

- Stock type: Common stock

- Par value: VND 10,000

- Total volume of shares to be offered: 1,250,000 shares

- Total value of shares to be offered: VND 12,500,000,000

- Expected time: in 2009

- Offering method: Private placement ( Under 100 in vestors)

( The Board of Directors will decide to chose the investors)

- Offering price: the Board of Directors will decide price but not under than book value recorded on the latest financial statement

- Plan to use the proceeds:

+ Increase financial capacity, supplement  working capital

+ Implement the building of Hung Phu cement factory and Cantcimex factory

- Kim Long Securities Corporation will be the issue agency

- With the undistributed shares, the Board of Directors will adjust (decrease) the total volume of shares to be offered accordingly. The Board of Directors is assigned to change Section 1, article 5 in company’s Charter relating the new Charter Capital after the issue.
