VHC: Extension for submitting Q2 financial statement

Vinh Hoan Corporation (VHC) has informed of extending time of submitting the Q2 financial statement till 31st August 2009.

Reason: the company has taken time to work with the US Department of Commerce about considering the anti-dumping tax levied on selling cat fish in the US marketing from June 2009 to the beginning of July 2009. Thus, it could not complete the Q2 consolidated financial statement as stipulated.
